Bro. Bob Murphy

I was raised in St Louis, Missouri. After graduating from High School, I went into the Marine Corps, where I retired in July 1995. I came alive spiritually God started directing my life.  He sent Loretta and I to First Baptist Church of St. Louis. The Pastor immediately put me to work, which really was preparing me for God's ministry, and I have not been able to slow down.  Since that time, I have grown in faith as I have followed the course laid out by the Holy Spirit. Service included mission trips to Belgium, Jordon, Egypt, and Isreal.  Through the preaching ministry and a commitment to servant leadership I strive to proclaim the Good News of God’s love, to help others encounter Him, to lead them to Him, and to nurture their spiritual development and ministry involvement.
